Wow what a fabulous holiday, made very special by a dedicated team member who made recommendations for places to visit and a great places to stay. The whole trip was well worth the money and we couldn't fault the organisation which made it so easy for us to just get on and enjoy the fabulous experiences. We even had a booklet with distances, recommended timings and places to visit on route. Our accommodation and trip vouchers were packaged in an easy to manage pack. We met so many people doing similar things and heard a few complaints about where they were located and the quality of the accommodation. We can honestly say the choices put together on Silver Fern's recommendations were spot on. We had one small hiccup when a taxi didn't turn up but one email had it sorted and a cheque was waiting for us when we got home. A well deserved thank you to the team at Silver Fern.
