I Recently purchased a Skagen watch and additional watch strap. Accidentally I ordered the wrong size strap so had to contact customer services to amend the order. The staff there were really helpful and managed to sort out my order.
When I finally received my order there was a fault with the watch and again I had to contact customer services. They were really helpful and arranged a return immediately. Once the item had been returned they contacted me to let me know a replacement had been sent out.
