Bought some Skates just before Christmas and after my boy tried them on, they immediately tore on the ankle cuffs. Returned the Skates for a refund but was told as they had been worn, they would not refund me for the defective Skates. In this regard they did not honour my Statutory Rights. Shoddily made, poorly sized products (my daughters Skates sized above her foot size are perfect, my smallest Skates were tight fitting despite being a size above his foot size). A terrible company that I couldn’t recommend to my worse enemy. Avoid like the plague!!!
