I ordered a skin and they sent the wrong skin. Fine, however when I went to address this with them they wasted 2 days asking for “proof” with a photo. Then when I “proved” that it was the wrong item they told me to send it back, on my own dime, with no shipping refund. Also they refused to waive the 1.50 “processing fee” even though this is completely their mistake. Clearly this is how they value their customers and they would rather go this route than make the situation right.
