BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I MEAN NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I am truly disaapointed with this company. I placed an order on 12/4/18 for a couple Xmas gifts. They charged my credit card on 12/10/18. I received no email confirmation of the order nor did I receive a receipt. I have reached out to the company 4 times and absolutely no response. I called the number listed on my credit card statement associated with the charge, SLICKWRAPS 316-333-5512KS - and this number calls to Family Tree Inhome Care. Today is 12/26/18 and I have yet to receive a response. I absolutely WOULD NOT recommend this company!!!
