Not the actual product itself, but the customer service NEEDS work.
I tried asking for a change in order immediately after it’s been placed and emailed them twice at different times and just.... NADDA.
Imagine my mood when the shipping confirmation came,,, and it had none of the changes I requested for! I could have overlooked the lack of communication if THEY COULD AT LEAST DO THIS ONE THING FOR ME. AND NOW if I were to ask for an exchange or refund, it’s most likely I have to pay more than what’s worth (reshipping fee, etc...) and like heck I want to go through that :(
