Terrible! They shipped to the wrong address, or even worse, should I say, WRONG COUNTRY! I have no idea why they shipped my items to Japan. I triple checked my address and is correct, THE COUNTRY IS CORRECT! I contacted them and they replied: "We will not responsible for any undelivered package, as mentioned in our support page". BUT YOU SHIPPED TO THE WRONG COUNTRY! Why don't you ship it from your warehouse to your HQ and claimed that it is undelivered and just take the money away? What type of stupid company? I need to file a chargeback very soon with my bank so that can get back my money from this stupid company!
