Garbage. Nothing but garbage. My first order was cancelled due to some "technical difficulties", hence, they refunded me with store credits WITHOUT the SHIPPING COST. I argued with them and they kept sending me the same email: "We are not responsible for the shipping costs, as mentioned in our support page." Fine. I top-up the $6 myself. For the second purchase, I paid for $7.43 on top of the 84 SW points which they refunded me as store credits. However, this time, the item lost in transit, it went to Dubai and disappeared there. I emailed them and fought with them for more than 1 week, finally, they refunded 7 SW points and claimed that the 84 SW points spent will not be refunded. What the hell? It is horrible. This means I need to pay $84+6 for nothing. In return, is the 7 points. I am going to file a dispute with the bank later. Do not trust them!
