As other reviews have stated, if I could I would award slickwraps zero stars I would! The wrap for my Apple Pencil 2 does not fit correctly, this is not a ‘goof’ error but simply a defective product. It took slickwraps some 20+ days to have the courtesy to get back to me, I supplied clear images showing the defect but despite that they refuse to provide a refund. They offered to send another product out or credit me with 11 points, after the terrible ‘service recovery’ I simply wanted my money back. I am now disputing the charge with my credit company who will hopefully issue a chargeback, I would encourage you to use a credit card with this company to at least have some protection for when things go wrong! My aim here is to warn other prospective customers, think carefully before ordering with slickwraps as if you have an issue expect slow and unhelpful customer service responses. Hopefully someone senior from Slickwraps reads these reviews and starts to investigate!
