I ordered mouthguards that took over a month to receive. It was a mold for 12 teeth. A normal mouth has 14 upper teeth unless you have had extractions....So it did not cover the back molars which is where the most grinding occurs. They are also flimsy guards that will wear out in a week. For double the cost, my dentist will give me a guard that fits, covers all my teeth, is durable and will protect my teeth. Don't waste your money on these...you are better off with a $20 guard from your local pharmacy..
