So far not happy with the service. After reading all of the reviews, I know I lost $179 for flimsy pieces of plastic. I unfortunately did not read the FAQ's, so didn't realize that I had 45 days to make a mold. At the time I had a temporary crown, so I could not do the impression. The signature card wasn't in the box. I told them I would not take them, and I wanted my $ back, but they said no. It is a waste of money, at a time with expensive prices. I told them I would give a terrible review. I'm glad I told them I wouldn't use their product, so they really have a negative star review in my book.
