Where do you begin.... delayed my order as they had taken my address down incorrectly, delivered one chair and HALF a sofa!!! Delivered the other half two weeks later, stained very badly and ripped, still not had my other sofa delivered and still not had a call to tell me when. Website is rubbish, web chat a waste of time and be prepared to waste HOURS on the phone trying to resolve issues. If this company went bust I would not be surprised. They are awful. I strongly recommend you avoid them and buy from a local supplier. Still had no response after emailing and postal complaint. Save yourself a lot of upset due to a very poor customer service and shocking products. Don't let them fob you off with Covid as the issue either. Its poor customer service and awful quality products not the pandemic!!!
