Ordered sofas 4 months ago and like the reviews they could not be more helpful.
Fast forward 3 months later i was receiving a text to arrange delivery for my new sofas and didnt arrange delivery until i had a completion date on my new house.
Once i knew i attempted to book a delivery time in, only the website doesn't show i have an order as there is a problem on there website.
Luckily they rang me and i booked a slot in on a Friday 7am-1030am and booked the day off, and no surprise we got a text at 10.30am saying please call this number there has been a problem.
3 hours later we got through to someone and they didn't load the sofas on the van and would let me know a next available date...
The following week i get a phone call telling me they have lost both sofas and i would have to start a brand new order which is up to 10 week lead time.
Absolute joke, brand new house and no sofas!
No responsibility for there actions and customer services is the worst i have ever seen, always in a Q to get to speak to someone and they dont care at the other end.
Don't know when we will receive the sofas, i have emailed sofology complaints twice and yet to hear anything.
Worst company i have dealt with, please avoid at all costs!
