Purchased a sofa online, paid in full.
Two failed delivery attempts. Countless hours on hold. Promised call backs - received nothing.
Eventually I was taken seriously and was told the sofa was 'damaged' however I'm highly suspicious of this. At this point I asked to cancel the order and was refunded.
Take my advise and do not order from this company. Poor products and even poorer customer service which will leave you stressed frustrated and angry.
