Absolutely impossible to get hold of anyone to amend a delivery date.
Phone calls are always over an hour on hold
Webchat tried twice and no response in over an hour both times
Tried raising ticketed request twice - no response on either (one has been open now for 2 weeks
Website is rubbish and online servicing is worse - a lesson in how not to do e-commerce
Wont be using again and would not recommend to anyone
