First time last time
Our purchase of a new sofa for our new build home. Let me start to say even if you opt in on insurance it does not cover the week and fragile quality of their products.
The Sofa's main frame is just held up with teeth which is not secure or solid at all compared to my recent purchases from other suppliers. Even the cushions are made of cheap father and leaves the home in a right farm looking place.
I'll stay away as believe they are the next company to go down like cheap Harvey's :)
