3 hours wait to speak to someone every time I call, if I get hung up on, double that to 6.
No sofa in warehouse but they sold it to me claiming it was, missed 3 delivery windows, only had the courtesy to call me one of those times. The other 2 I was left in waiting all day for a sofa that never arrived.
I got rid of my sofa before the first delivery, they've cost me a fkin fortune having to buy emergency replacement sofa second hand.
Their T&Cs state; if they miss delivery by more than 7 days, you're entitled to £50 off your couch. There is nothing in there to state it stops after the first one, so theoretically you can charge them £50 per delivery date missed and they have to pay it; it's in the T&C.
It also states in the T&Cs that you can have replacement furniture if they miss your order. Didn't get offered that either, but they can launch a new business venture renting furniture?
Screw them to hell and back, I'm surprised there isn't a Group Litigation Order for this company.
Check the Facebook Group - Angry Sofology Customers... there's A LOT OF US, all with horrible nightmare stories.
Eventually I cancelled my order and was offered a full refund. They didn't have a choice in the matter, don't give them a choice either.
