We ordered two sofa’s in June, the great customer service ended the moment we walked out of the door.
Our order has been delayed by a month to the 10th November (we know it will be 2022) and then find out on Friday that only ONE of them is delayed, they have the other in a depot somewhere and asked when I would like delivery - strangely enough I’ve not heard back from the last 4 emails I have sent in the last 6 days to say ASAP. I wonder if someone let the cat out of the bag, it was meant to be a secret so they could deliver both in one go. Carrot dangled and taken away. Awful company, do not go anywhere near them.
