Ordered 2 sofas only one turned up after lengthy problems and hours on the phone to arrange delivery…….they couldn’t locate the second sofa….and the one delivered had a rip at the back and stain on arm …….
The one delivered was eventually picked up and we were assured that as soon as this one was back at the depot we would get total refund.
Well still waiting ……it’s been 6 weeks now and cannot get through to anyone either on phone or email…contacted my credit card company for help.
Wonder…are they going bust??
