My wife and I bought a sofa from sofology in May 2021 at the Reading shop.Initially time of delivery was 3 months from the date of making our order. We have been waiting for the delivery 6 months gone by now. Sofology have been pressuring us to complete our payment whilst they are busy extending the delivery date. We were specifically told last week that we would be able to book a delivery on the 23rd October 2021, once we pay full amount. We paid the money in full on 22nd October and booked our delivery for 1st November. I just got another phone call now from them saying they will deliver on the 4th instead of the 1st November. They are unreliable, just poor service. I fully understand Covid-19 affected a lot of things but sofology are a let down in our case.
