Answering a customer who wrote 2 days ago YES I think this company should be looked into. Over 3weeks ago I had a delivery
minus a recliner chair. I have heard nothing from them. I reported it to the Plymouth store they said someone would get in touch in 5 days. 3 weeks now I have heard nothing. I have sent about 5 emails several attempts at phoning them without success reported to customers service no reply. I have been in touch with rip off britain also my mp. Not sure what else to do. I might go to store and sit in one of their sofas until they sort this problem out. It’s disgusting to be treated like this especially when I paid for it in full. I would never recommend this company. I have never known this sort of treatment before from any company and I have dealt with a few in my time as I am 75 years old . It is giving me so much stress. No one should be treated like this.
