I bought a sofa and armchair 14 weeks ago, paid a third and took out a payment plan - the delivery notification demands payment of the whole outstanding balance before I can book a delivery slot. Impossible phone queue runs to hours and then goes dead, web chats are ignored no matter how many you open, e-mails are ignored too. No way to contact them. Shockingly bad customer service - the absolute worst. They take your money and then ignore you. Avoid.
