I was told delivery would be September then changed to October.
Finally the sofa arrived but when put on its end to get into the lounge the ceiling was to low, delivery men had to take it back they told me customer services would call shortly to discuss options.
I waited three days and still no call from customer services, I sent two e-mails and no response. So I called customer services and waited three hours on hold to speak to someone. I had two options, one being pay 20% of the sofa price to get a smaller one or 30% to cancel the order. I have had to pay £209 to get a smaller sofa plus wait another 20 weeks. Worst customer services and company I have ever dealt with. Make sure you read terms and conditions with a fine tooth comb.
