Sofology is quite easily the worst sofa company I have ever had dealings with, at 60 years of age I have had several sofas but I will never buy from them again. The settees in the shop looked great but when in the home & used as intended they quickly fall short of the most minor of expectations. I contacted them by e mail as the pho e lines were always a few hours wait even mid week mid days and as soon as you get in contact they send a mail stating that the issue is concluded and the case will be closed if no further correspondence is recieved after 7 days. They are in my opinion the worst of the worst in customer service and their parent company should be disgusted with their sofology company.
