This goes for sofology generally and not limited to any particular store. Customer service before you hand over your money - Adaquate. It's ok. No prizes for doing what you're supposed to do. Customer service after they have your money- Terrible. Seriously, the worst i have ever experienced with any company at any time.... ever. Absolutely awful. Communication with their customers -sofology : "whats communication"? Web chat service- Pointless, 2 days later and my question hasn't even been read. This is standard. Nothing immediate about it. mysofology - Almost no information. No confirmations. Nothing useful. Unless you want to pay them some money then its highly efficient. Answering phone calls - rare and be prepared to hold for at least 90 min...but they give you little choice but to call and hold...but dont expect a resolution at the end of it. Email responses- I've concluded that all their customer emails go straight into the recycle bin...or maybe just mine. Online support request - nothing fast or personal about it. Waste of time. Will you use sofology again or recommend- looooooool thats funny. NOOOO. Only God knows when my sofa will arrive....I'm trying to ask sofology for confirmation of a date after receiving a notification...but evidently they're not prepared for those sort of enquiries from customers. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! AVOID!!
