Terrible experience!!!
Was given a date for a sofa delivery and the evening before I had a call to say the sofa wouldn’t arrive as it had gone to the wrong depot. This was a message left on my voice mail but I still received emails and texts to say the sofa would be coming so tried to contact customer services to find out what was happening. Was in a queue for 1 hour 53 mins before I spoke to anyone just to be told my sofa was indeed in the wrong place. Another delivery was arranged so I booked a second day off work and this time there was no emails or texts with time schedules so I just had to wait in. The sofa arrived and when the delivery men unwrapped it it turns out to be completely the wrong sofa just labelled as mine!! Another 43 mins in the queue to customer service and I was informed they have no idea where my sofa is and they will “send some emails and someone will get back to me”. I don’t hold out much hope after reading some of the reviews on other review sites recently!! During this process I have filled out two contact forms and am yet to have anyone contact me. So currently I have taken two days off work, have disposed of my old sofa and have started paying for something that I have no idea where it is or when it will arrive! Avoid if at all possible!
