The delivery date was changed 3 times after 4 months waiting for the sofa and footstool and my order is still not delivered (order 2967614) Yesterday the delivery team in Belfast brought me only an electric reclined sofa without adapter and footstool. When asked where are the missing items, the driver told me that the adapter is in the van but he does not have time to look for it because has a mess and the footstool is somewhere in the warehouse but they can't find it.
I called customer service many times but each time they cut off the conversation when they told me to stay on the line because they need to consult someone.
Sofology is the worst company I have ever deal with it. I'm sure the owner of this company has the most blushing face man in the UK. Sofology is the best example of how not to do business.
