Wanted to give nil stars..terrible experience bought 2 love seats and footstool over £4000 a year ago..delivered the wrong cushions and after speaking to over 30 different people 40 emails and writing to the CEO who has completely ignored us (CANT BELIEVE SHE STILL HAS HER JOB) still couldn't get the right ones to us, even sending them many photos of the problem it's been such a frustrating year not one of their staff could get it right, so in the end we went to the furniture Ombudsman, we sent all the relevant info i.e photos emails ,they got intouch with Sofology and the Ceo who all ignored them within the time limit so again they got intouch with them saying they were in the wrong and that we could get our money back ,we thought what a relief that was BUT not so easy it took again many phone calls to get the sofos picked up 3 different days they NEVER turned up , eventually when they did we then had the problem with them saying not all the furniture had arrived back in their warehouse so again after many calls and 3 weeks later someone had found it and after speaking to her manager ( who are always in meetings) so we can never speak to one he agreed she can refund our money so thank god we got it back and would never ever use or recommend them again!
