I ordered a chair and foot stall in May 2021 and was told it would take around 14 weeks. I was sent emails telling me about delays and given future dates which seemed to be pulled out thin air. When the dates passed, Sofology stopped sending emails and I had to check my account for the date that the furniture was expected. After seven months I tried calling and was on hold for four hours before getting cut off. I tried emailing using the email address on their website but it bounced back. I messaged them twice and received no reply. I then called again and waited for nearly three hours and my call was then answered. Seven months and no furniture and now waiting for a refund. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
