Wish I had read these reviews before we went to Sofology. I'm actually one of "lucky" customers who actually got their sofa but was the worst experience I've ever had. Finally, after 5 months my sofa was delivered but the side table's glass was broken. Was told by delivery guys that Sofology would contact me regards the side table and the care kit, too... Of course not heard of them in the last 2 weeks. And they are not ashamed to ask for a feedback!!! As someone already said, their customer service is non-existent. They don't answer the emails/chats, or if they do, it's an automated answer that I should try to call them. Which is ridiculous cause it's literally impossible to talk to someone over the phone.
