Avoid the layla range absolutely rubbish, I'd be surprised if it last a year, need a smaller sofa for our conservatory, we picked the Layla range torn when delivered and the covers were made from off cuts of material with seams running down centre of cushions, very visible. Structure wasn't solid and the sofa dipped at one side. Getting through to customer service was near impossible queue s ranged from 27-87, and the time I did stay on line it took nearly 3 hours to get through and cost me £49 , on average it takes them over a week to respond to email. Will never never use this company again, I will stick with company's like Next at least if you have a problem you can speak to someone quickly and you get an option of somebody calling you back. Sofology should in my opinion stop spending money on A list Hollywood stars doing adverts and more on customer service operators.
