It was 4 weeks late
Took 3 hours in a queue on helpful line to get help only to be cut off.
Finally get sofa delivered and it’s faulty and 2 colours.
Another 3 hour plus on helpline and emails, photos.
A replacement ordered another 12 week wait. It did arrive when they said it would. Faulty one removed and new in place.
These 2 sofas had more faults than the first one.
Emails and photos sent and a lengthy phone call and I got a full refund only had to wait 4 days for it to be uplifted.
What a waste of 7 months and no sofa to show for it. Very disappointed
