Do not make a purchase from Sofology. Made a purchase in June , told September delivery . Failed delivery 10th November , they could not get it through the door allegedly. We were told to wait 48-72 hours and we would be contacted to re-arrange delivery. Not true. Unable to get through to them on the phone , just got cut off, no replies to any e mails sent to them. We drove into Store 5 times, continually told to wait 48 hours for a response as it was in hand and being dealt with. Not true. Finally spoke to a manager in Store and delivery arranged . Delivered 10th December and no issues getting it through the door but recliner chair is broken. Requires a new mechanism but will now have to wait between 3 and 14 weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM SOFOLOGY.
