Ordered our sofa originally 8 months ago now, first delivery attempt was wrong! Our corner sofa had an arm in the middle of it 🤦🏻‍♀️ After so much to and fro, we finally got to a resolution after having to drag a good will gesture out of them like getting blood from a stone. Fast forward another 4 months and the sofa was delivered WRONG AGAIN!! We try to get to a solution but customer services act like you are inconveniencing their day having an issue with the fact your sofa is wrong and there’s no hierarchy of management to speak to. Even emailing area managers warrants no response!! They take your money and do not deliver on their end of the agreement and act as though they couldn’t care less, this would never be allowed in any other business and what an embarrassment to work for such a horrendous company.
I hope and pray they go bust as we have never had such a bad experience with a company before and all the negative reviews come as no surprise. We would much rather spend our money at a trustworthy establishment!
