Avoid. Honestly, I ALWAYS see the best in people, service and take issues with a pinch of salt.. not in this case. We ordered out sofa August 13th 2021. Half of the Sofa has still not arrived and it's February 2022. 28+ weeks without a Sofa to be constantly told it's in 'Trunking'. If I hear the word Trunking once more .. The service is beyond poor. The company has lied about our Sofa being at a 'Rugby' depot. In-fact one of their own customer service team said this is a 'lie' it's in 'Guilford' depot.
After phoning again.. 2 weeks later. We have now been told that it's again .. 'In Trunking'.
Sick to death.
£3000+ spent. No wonder they are desperate for TRUSTPILOT reviews before the service even kicks off..
Still no half of my sofa, still the same answer 'trunking' and no further forward 28+ weeks later.
CANNOT EVEN GO INTO STORE AS THEY WILL NOT PHONE THE DEPOTS.
