STAY AWAY FROM SOFOLOGY. I would never recommend sofology to anybody. Stay clear of them. No customer service in any shape of form. Bought a sofa may 2021, reported it was faulty several times and next week will be 1 year later and the fault has still not been fixed. Excuse after excuse. When you ask to speak to a manager they tell you managers do not speak to customers!!! What kind of management is this? The owners of sofology must be happy paying their wages to sit and do nothing. In future I will give my hard earned money to somebody else. Worst experience I have ever had with any company
