Bought a chair 8 months ago. Only sat in it a couple of times and it tilted. Long session of emails, unanswered and attempts to call them. 6 months later an engineer condemned it saying it was unsafe. I asked for a refund but got no reply. Endless emails and attempts to call. I do not have the time to wait 40 minutes for the call to be answered. Appalling customer service and the store staff, whilst lovely can do nothing. Total waste of a lot of money.
