Absolutely shocking.
Failed delivery waited in all day, for them not to show. Delivered 2 days late. And was the wrong colour. Waited 6 weeks. To deliver the wrong design. Spoke to Beth on customer services. To be told its my fault. I'd been into store and was sitting on the the sofa when she ordered it and I payed for it. The first order was correct design. But wrong colour. So how could I be to blame. I'm discussed in the way I was spoken too.
SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
