he sofa is okay but the service has been terrible. The person instore was great but customer 'service' booked me in for the wrong delivery day and couldn't change it. I was assured the driver would be made aware of when i was out on the school run. They arrived when i was out regardless - so the lovely driver waited an hour until i was back. And I paid for the Sofaglide which wasn't supplied.
When you phone up the Fault line takes 25 minutes to get through to a human. Unacceptable and shockingly bad customer service.
