I strongly advise against purchasing the Ezra corner sofa with a heating function. The problems started right away - the fabric on the armrest was sewn incorrectly, and the zipper in the rear cushion was clearly noticeable and noisy. While these issues were fixed after a few days, more glitches quickly emerged.
After just a few months of use, the heating mat on one of the seats stopped working. The service is a disaster - you can feel the cable from the mat under the fabric, and my seat was cut and sewn with one thread. This is absolutely unacceptable!
All defects result from manufactured and poor quality parts!!!
Now another heating mat has stopped working and I have been told that I have to wait 12 weeks for new parts, even though the sofa is only 10 months old and is covered by the "Sofa Shield" program.
I expected much better quality and service from a piece of furniture costing £4,000. Instead, I can't fully enjoy its features. I am very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I absolutely do not recommend it!
