"I receive sofa from sofolagy with damage! The people who deliver they take not and said we will pass it to sofology they need replaced it on deliver not After I call them in same day Ongoing complaint! I emailed Sofology about faults on sofas, mis-selling of the 5 year insurance and the disgraceful telephone call to the store where their engineer mocked me - Just had a visit from a Sofology Engineer not independent ! His report said that there is no defect - no surprise there then! Customer services say sorry, but tough! (I am paraphrasing obviously) Disgraceful and diabolical lack of common sense let alone any kind of customer service. Now the only recourse is to go to the furniture ombudsman - which #Sofology pay to be members!!! In my humble opinion, Sofology are selling either poor quality or fake leather as it is peeling. Engineer implied "something has been spilled on it" except the only chemical that has been used on it is the cleaner they sold me! The peeling is on every piece of furniture...a heck of a spill! The foam in the seats is failing too! Disgrace - buyers be very wary of this company! Don’t buy from sofology
