Sofology - I'm lost for words - the standard of sofa is appalling we've had this sofa for over one year and it's had limited use - we both work full time are of average build and there's just the two of us.
I've followed the instructions to the letter daily "plumping" swapping cushions etc.
And this is what we are stuck with!!! Sofology sent insulting emails (pre set emails) saying all it needs is some "TLC", and to open the Zips on the cushion to allow the air to circulate - I bet their are glad they aren't going home to sit on it.
They even wanted to charge me to send out a technician - what a joke
And are now trying to tell me it's perfectly normal.We are no further forward with any resolution and all they want to do is close the complaint and have even had the cheek to send me a experience survey - my advice avoid this company at all cost.
They are also trying to tell me I'm the only customer in the country to have a problem - I Find this really hard to believe!!!!!!!
