I am not sure where all the customers who gave Sofology a good review went. I would say that purchasing our sofa was good BUT BUYER BEWARE !!!
Apparently before you buy a sofa from Sofology you should do your research. In other words you should go in and look at the various sofas they have, ask what it is made of, how it is made, where it is made, how long is the life expectancy of the sofa you are thinking of buying. Look underneath, check the back, check the filling. Then make sure you ask " How do I care for my sofa? Should I dress the sofa every day? Should I clean it every day? Should I sit in a different seat every night? Because if you don't after a few months your sofa will sag and look as though t is 90 years old. In fact my mother is 93 and she looks better and less worn than my sofa which is NEARLY ONE YEARS OLD.
So we did what any customer would do and contact customer services .Well be warned there is no such thing as customer services at Sofology. Basically they say its tough and there is nothing wrong with your sofa. We did contact the ombudsman but there is a catch !! They send an expert who is independent BUT who does a lot of repairs for sofology. Which means you don't really get an independent point of view .
He told us there was nothing wrong with our sofa . Well if you saw it you would not agree with him and neither do we which is why we are not giving up.
IT IS APPALLING THAT THEY ARE ALLOWED TO SELL SUCH POOR QUALITY FURNITURE AND BE ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH IT.
