Customer services continually close down complaint without doing anything. “You didn’t answer your phone on one occasion so we will close down your complaint” “The reason your sofa has faded is because you have been wearing harsh clothing” You have to visit the store before anyone will speak to you from customer services as they turn off complaints to meet KPIs. Had to bet the Ombudsman involved as Sofology don’t want to know.
