Have had 3 Canterbury sofas since August, 2018 and they have all bobbled/pilled. The cushions twist within the covers requiring weekly adjustment and the card board sides of the arms ping in and out accompanied by a loud bang. Complained to Sofology and was fobbed-off with a standard letter stating, (1) that bobbling/pilling was normal caused by friction from clothing and that I should buy a fabric shaver, (2) I should smack the middle of the cushions in a circle motion every week (Union Jack Method) and (3) none of this is covered under warranty because it's "normal". Well, I've had 6+ suites in the past 40 years and I've never had to shave one or unzip the cushions every week to re-shape them, breaking nails in the process. If something bobbles when you sit on it, it is not fit for purpose as a furniture covering. I have spent £1900 on furniture that is poor quality and shabbily built. Will never buy from this company again.
