I received a sofa last year, I have had nothing but trouble with it l sagging, when you sit on it you roll to the side as it dips that much, it’s misshaped, the sofa looks around 8years old I have had 2 guys out to look at it and and they said nothing wrong one of them told me they don’t replace the sofas as they won’t get bonus, I spoke to a very rude lady called Rhea Kane and her advise was well maybe. You should dress it more then 2-3 time PER WEEK very rude and arrogant. I would never recommend this shop to anyone very unprofessional also I wasn’t told upon ordering that I would need to dress the sofa constantly once I do that then 1hr later it’s a mess again
