Booked delivery, which arrived, only to be missing one item and second item not the one I ordered. Rang customer service only to be told they were both classed as missing. No prior notification although driver said they were aware two days prior. Not from stock bu clearance items. They promised to call back, never did. No furniture at all as had removed day before. Disabled and on dialysis, with no were to sit to dialyse but Sofology couldn’t give a damn. They only care about the £.
