Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service, ordered in January, incorrect delivery or delivery didn’t arrive 3 times in total, have now been left without a sofa until at least Mid July. Do not even want to compensate for the trouble caused but will happily take the money out for a sofa I haven’t even received yet! Left without a sofa during lockdown and not even a thought into how they can make it right. Furniture ombudsman contacted as they are not willing to help. An expensive sofa over £1000 not received for at least 6 months and a good will gesture of “£150”.. after being ignored numerous times is not acceptable at all. Do not buy from here, customer service and complaint handling is absolutely awful.
