Sofology phoned early July to arrange delivery
Sofa came oh dear
Sofology said send us a few photos
Of fault
Fault how about 56 photos and over 15 faults
Ok so engineer came and said to many faults to repair.
Sofology came back and offered us a credit note err no thanks I want me money back
Still waiting for this
Just spoke to sofology cant tell me when I get money back as they have a backlog of complaints to deal with
