I purchased a Sunday Morning Sweater for my daughter as a Christmas present. She wore it once and the fabric pulled apart creating a hole. I emailed their customer service asking for a replacement. They first told me I had purchased over 90 days ago so they couldn't do anything. I pointed out it had been Dec 11 and it was 30 days. The next response was that is looked like I cut it out and this item was not defective. I am appalled at the lack of customer service. A $59 product should not develop a hole after a few hours or wearing. Accusing me of cutting a hole in it was when they hit rock bottom. Sounds like they have some quality issues and wish I had read these posts first.
